    Description
    Measures about 2" tall and 2" diameter.  Sort of a green satin glass on top and bottom is more opalescence glass.  Partial foil tag on bottom.  Signed but cannot make out name.  This may, in fact, probably isn't Westmoreland.  Knowing where it came from I do believe it is quite old.  Thank you for looking.
