Super 8 Film Strip Movie Projector Restore Project with 2 Mystery Films:
Prinz Mirage IQ Deluxe/Halogen Deluxe Super 8 projector JAPAN .
The unit powers on. The speed adjustment switch works BUT bulb and the rubber belt inside (deteriorated) need replacement before the unit will fully operate and play films. Also the foam inside the back cover is dried out and needs to be replaced (kinda turns to dust when pressed).
Everything in photos is included. There are 2 reels of mystery films (as in; I have no idea what content) included with the sale. I checked both in the light and there definately is a recorded/developed film on them. They came with the projector and it is not up and running currently, so I have not played/viewed them. Note: The films have some residue on them, so may need to be cleaned before use (see photos).
Also I thought the inspection sticker on the handle was a nice finishing touch to the Vintage restore details, but it has come unstuck (see photos). Note that I have wrapped plastic around the handle carefully in order to keep this detail in tact for the buyer.
