Plug your power tool in the 3 prong female part of the electric cord and plug the unit into a 110 volt 3 prong plug for variable speed control of power tools such as rotary grinding tools or power tools that don’t have variable speed, also great if you just want to have hands free operation. The more you press down the faster the tool will go. Not to be used with capacitor start stationery style tools such as drill presses, etc.
