Excellent value. The feel and function are great. Functional capacity is closer to 2 quarts. It's enameled inside and out and very pretty. You won't hit your knuckles when removing the lid. The handle and spout flip stay cool. The opening is big enough to get your hand in to wash. The whistle is not so loud it'll wake everyone up. This tea kettle is very similar to others selling for 0. I'm very pleased with it.
