    This tool is in very good cosmetic & excellent operational condition.
    The power cord had A 1/2" long split in the cord outer insulation.. The insulation covering each individual conductor has no damage. The cord repair is tightly wrapped in Scoth rubber splicing tape and Scotch 33+ electrical tape.
