The Rally Pearl is equipped with the BFR system. With the BFR system, you can drive forwards, brake but also reverse by simply pedalling forwards and backwards.

Exchanges or Returns
Please contact us before returning an item to receive a return authorization (RA). Items returned to us without receiving a return authorization will be returned to you at your expense. We accept returns for damaged/defective products within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of shipment. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Damaged/Defective Products
To make a return for a damaged/defective product, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization. If the product is returned for being damaged/defective, we will provide a return shipping label for domestic shipping costs.  If we test and confirm the product is damaged/defective and receive the product along with all original accessories, manuals, and packing, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the product, plus domestic shipping charges, if any, assessed at the time of purchase. International shipping charges, if any, will not be reimbursed.  A refund to your method of payment will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return. If we test and confirm the product is in full working order, a refund will not be provided and you will be responsible for providing a return shipping label to have the product returned to you.
