WOW!!! This listing is for a VINTAGE SET OF 2 METAL 8 1/2" DRIVER AND FREE SPINNING WHEELS FULL SIZE PEDAL CARS. THEY ARE COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL WITH ALL THEIR TABS. There is lots of surface rust, but not rust through. They could be used as is or cleaned and painted.
