Shipping Policy
All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. We utilize over 50 warehouses located in the United States, which allows fast delivery to you. Orders placed by 1PM EST are typically shipped out the same business day. This excludes weekends and all shipping holidays. Any order placed on a weekend, shipping holiday or after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
We currently only sell our products to customers in the 48 contiguous states. Please be aware that we are unable to ship to a PO Box, since most of our items are shipped via UPS. If we receive an address that contains a PO Box, we will hold your order and contact you for a physical address.
Return Policy
We do offer a free return policy for most items, which are unused, unopened, in the original packaging, with all instructions, components and warranty materials included. Items must not be defaced or have handwriting on packaging. Please contact us for a return and we'll arrange for return shipping with a RA (return authorization number), which speeds up the return process. A return shipping label will be emailed to you and a refund will be issued upon receiving and inspection of the returned item to the warehouse.
Returns are only accepted with the use of our provided return label.
